## About the Dubai Frame
The Dubai Frame opened January 1, 2018 after a $63 million investment. Designed by architect Fernando Donis based on the golden ratio. Construction used 9,900 cubic metres of reinforced concrete, 2,000 tons of steel, and 15,000 sq metres of gold-coloured stainless steel cladding. The glass-bottomed Sky Bridge uses motion-activated liquid crystal glass technology that turns transparent when you step on it.
